In his statement, Nawab Malik said, 'The delay in the division of departments is not due to any reason but because we are considering creating new departments which are taking the time. All ministers' departments will be allotted by Monday. Let us tell you that on December 30, 36 ministers were sworn in Maharashtra, after which many speculations are being made about the delay in department allocation.

The portfolios of the ministers of the Uddhav Thackeray-led government in Maharashtra are almost fixed. Despite this, however, the division of departments has not been done. From Congress leader and minister in the Uddhav government to Ashok Chavan to NCP leader and Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar, it has been claimed that all the problems related to the sharing of ministries have been resolved. Even after this, there is a screw up on the sharing of responsibility of ministers. Meanwhile, in Maharashtra, Abdul Sattar, Minister of State in the Uddhav Thackeray government, has already resigned from the divisions. He joined the cabinet from the Shiv Sena quota. According to sources, his resignation is yet to be received by Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray. Let us know that many senior Shiv Sena leaders were unhappy with Sattar's appointment as a minister. Recently 36 new ministers were sworn in the Uddhav government, including a Deputy Chief Minister, 25 Cabinet and 10 Ministers of State.
