Mumbai: Heavy rain is going to occur once again across Maharashtra including Mumbai from tomorrow. As per the information received, a low-pressure area has been created in the Bay of Bengal. In the next 12 hours, it is going to be a cyclone and due to this, Vidarbha, Marathwada, Madhya Maharashtra will get a lot of rain. The impact of this rain will also be visible in Konkan and Mumbai and it is also expected to rain heavily.

The rain is said to be from September 26 to September 29. Recently, senior Indian Meteorological Department expert Krishnanand Hosalikar has said that the low-pressure area formed in the Bay of Bengal may intensify. It is expected to turn into a cyclone in the next 12 hours. At the same time, in the next 24 hours, it will move towards the Odisha coast and its impact will also be visible in Maharashtra. Due to this, heavy rain is expected at many places for the next four to five days with thunder and lightning.

The highest rainfall will start from tomorrow i.e. It is also being said that the impact of the cyclone is also going to be visible in other states including Maharashtra. It can also go north and northwest directions. According to the MET department, there may be torrential rain at some places.
