Mumbai: Water has created a hue and cry in Maharashtra. Rain in many parts of the country has made it difficult for people to live. Flood like situation has now prevailed at many places and many districts have become waterlogged. Not only that, things are still bad. On the other hand, the Met department has issued a red and orange alert for the Konkan Coast for the next three days. In fact, the situation is out of control due to rain in the adjoining areas including Thane, Palghar in Maharashtra.

 

 

Let me tell you that three people have died due to rain in Palghar, while the continuous rains in Palghar-Thane have completely disrupted transport. On the other hand, many people have been reported trapped due to landslides in the Kalai village of Maharashtra. The local administration had to face difficulty in reaching here due to water everywhere. The army had to seek the help of the army to evacuate those trapped in the Mahad. Moreover, in Raigad, many people have been trapped, 15 people have been evacuated and 30 are still stranded due to landslides at 4 different places.

In Maharashtra, the situation has worsened due to rain. About 6,000 passengers have been stranded due to the stoppage of service on the Kokan rail route. In Ratnagiri district, the train service was stopped due to rain, which is why these passengers got stuck here. Agencies are said to have rushed to evacuate those trapped in different areas. A number of NDRF teams have been deployed here who are engaged in rescue operations.
