10 killed as dumper collides with SUV in Maharashtra

Jalgaon: 10 people have died tragically in a collision between a dumper and a car between Chopda-Yaval in Jalgaon, Maharashtra. The dead included 8 women and 2 men. Also included are 6 members of the same family who died. This accident happened around 5-5:30 on Monday morning. The driver of the dumper is said to be absconding after the incident.

According to the information received, the incident occurred when the victim's family was returning after attending a wedding ceremony. Significantly, on 28 January, there was a painful accident in Maharashtra. A state transport bus in Maharashtra's Nashik district was hit by an auto-rickshaw on Tuesday. The number of people who died in this accident was 26, while 32 people were seriously injured. Police had said that after the collision both the vehicles fell into a well located on the roadside.

An official had said that more than 33 people were injured in the accident that took place around 4 pm on the Meshi Phata on Malegaon-Deola road in the district of northern Maharashtra. He had told that the rickshaw hit the state transport bus packed with passengers. Most of the bus passengers were injured in the accident.
