Mumbai: Maharashtra's only Congress MP Balu Dhanorkar passed away in the national capital Delhi. He was 48 years old. Maharashtra Congress spokesperson Atul Londhe said that he was undergoing treatment at Medanta Hospital in Delhi for the last three days. Balu alias Suresh Dhanorkar was an MP from Chandrapur. A few days ago, he had a kidney stone operation. After this, his health started deteriorating.
According to the report, he was admitted to Vedanta Hospital in Delhi by air ambulance on Sunday after this his condition became critical in Nagpur. His condition was critical for two days. He was on ventilator. He died in the early hours of Tuesday. At the same time, his father died 4 days ago. Due to being admitted to the hospital, he could not even go to his father's funeral. His wife Pratibha Dhanorkar is an MLA from Warora assembly constituency.
According to reports, Dhanorkar's body will be taken from Delhi to his residence in Warora at 1:30 pm via Nagpur. He will be kept at his residence from 2 pm to 10 am on May 31 for people to pay their last respects, then at 11 am at Mokshadham on Vani-Warora bypass road.
