Method of making fasting potatoes large - First peel the boiled potatoes and take them out in a plate and break them and mash them. Now after this, put the pan on the gas, put 2 tsp oil in the pan and heat it. When the oil is hot, add cumin seeds and fry it. After this, when the cumin seeds are roasted, add finely chopped green chillies, grated ginger and fry lightly. Now add mashed potatoes and mix. Now add 3/4 tsp sandha salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper and mix. After this, mash the potatoes well and fry a little bit and mix the potatoes with green coriander.
When the potatoes are well roasted, turn off the gas and take the potatoes out in the cup. Let the potatoes cool down a bit. Now take out the kuttu flour in the cup and add a little water to it and prepare the solution. In making so many batters, 1 cup of water has been used in which 1/4 cup is left.
