In fact, the disciples of Mahatma Gandhi come to this temple and resolve to follow the path of truth and non-violence mentioned by him. A clay statue of Gandhiji was installed here in 1948 and then a temple was built here in 2006 on the demand of the people. A marble statue of Gandhiji has been installed in this temple.
