New Delhi: Farmers' protests on Delhi's borders against agricultural laws continue unabated. Yesterday, Mahatma Gandhi's granddaughter Tara Gandhi Bhattacharya reached the Ghazipur border. During this time she also met all the leaders of the farmers' organizations. Meanwhile, leaders of farmer organizations welcomed her on stage and took her blessings. After coming on stage Tara Gandhi Bhattacharya addressed the farmers. She said, "I have come here to meet Rakesh Tikait and other leaders. It may take hours to reach Delhi from the border, but I will never forget this journey. ”

She further said, "If we are alive today, because of you (farmers), if there is no interest of farmers, then it will not be our interest. You all come here, you are our proud, I bow to everyone. I do not understand politics, nor the law, but you think of me as your village, I pray for all of you that truth prevails, whatever may be good. ”

Further, in her address, she pointed to the leaders of farmers' organizations and said, "I will also tell you that you have contaminated the environment but do not pollute the mind, you do not need violence. There is truth in your work. " She also said, "I came here and saw all of you. My life has been successful, I am with you, I bow to you."
