Today we are going to share with you about the launch of the latest edition of the Bolero of Mahindra, a very famous utility vehicle. Mahindra has launched a special edition model of its popular utility vehicle (UV) Bolero Power Plus to boost sales during the festive season. The Special Edition model is available in all variants of the Bolero Power Plus. The price of Mahindra Bolero Power Plus Special Edition is 22 thousand rupees more than regular models. It is a limited edition model and the company will manufacture only 1 thousand such vehicles.
Mahindra has not mechanically changed the Special Edition model of the Bolero Power Plus. It has a 1.5-liter mHawkD70 diesel. This engine generates 70 bhp power and 195 Nm peak torque. The engine is equipped with a 5-speed manual gearbox. Currently this engine is BS4. The company will launch its BS6 model in early 2020.
Let us know that Mahindra launched the Bolero Power Plus in July by updating it with new safety features. Then its price was increased by 30 thousand rupees. These features include driver side airbags, ABS, rear parking sensors, seat belt reminder, speed warning system and manual overrides for central locking.
It is also important to tell you that compared to the standard Bolero Power Plus model, special additions have also been included in the special edition with cosmetic changes. Talking about the changes in the exterior, it gets special edition decals (a kind of sticker), front and rear scuff plates, fog lamps, rear spoiler with stop lights and new alloy wheels. The cabin features Special Edition carpet mats, Special Edition seat covers and Special Edition steering wheel covers. Apart from this, there is no change in the rest of the features.
