Satna: Lakhs of devotees from across the country are thronging the Maa Sharda Devi temple in Maihar. Thousands of people are arriving here every day and visiting their mother. There are many devotees who are so absorbed in the devotion of the mother that superstition is also weighing heavily on their faith. A 25-year-old woman did something similar. In fact, the woman of 25 women cut off her tongue and presented it to mother Sharda's court on completion of her vow.

As per the information received in the case, the woman's name is Rama Bansal who hails from Raigad police station Devendra Nagar district Panna. The woman has cut her tongue about mannat. In this case, the health education officials and Dr. Naresh Nigam of the Committee conducted an inquiry and said that there is no danger in his condition but Swajan was not taking him to the hospital.
