Lucknow: In the country's largest state UP, on Wednesday (17 November 2021), a major accident took place at Deendayal Upadhyay Junction. Actually, 8 containers of goods train overturned here. It is being said that this accident happened on Deendayal Upadhyay Junction Prayagraj down the track. The goods train was going from Prayagraj towards Deendayal Upadhyay Junction.
Regarding the same accident, East Central Railway (ECR) CPRO Rajesh Kumar said that the accident happened at 6.40 am today. As soon as the information about the accident is received, work is going on to restore the route from the East-Central Railway side. At present, train services are disrupted on this route. The train originating from this route is currently being diverted.
On the other hand, in the investigation of 3808 samples of corona in Meerut of the state, no infected patient was found on Tuesday. Apart from this, no infected have been found in the examination of the samples of the family going to America. Now there are two active patients in the district. One of them is undergoing treatment at home and one in the hospital. Divisional Surveillance Officer Dr Ashok Talian told that the season of marriage program is going on. In such a situation, it is seen that the crowd is reaching the program, but the corona rules are not being followed.
