Make carrot pudding like this without mawa, you'll keep licking your fingers

Carrot pudding is most people's favourite dish out of the sweet food option in winter. It takes time to make carrot pudding, but when it is made, the hard work in making it does not seem useless. Today we are going to tell you a recipe for making halwa that you can make without mawa or khoya.

Content:-

1 kg carrot
1 1/2 litre milk full cream
200 g sugar
8-10 cashew nuts chopped
8-10 almonds chopped
4-6 walnuts chopped
9-10 Raisins
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
1 tbsp ghee

Method :-

First, gice the carrots well.
Now add carrots and a glass of water to the pressure cooker and cook till a whistle comes.
After the whistle, cool the carrot and remove all its water.
Add ghee to the pan on medium heat and keep it to heat.
Add carrots to hot ghee and fry well.
Then add milk and cook till the milk dries while running.
When the carrotabsorbs the whole milk. Then add sugar and mix well.
Now add cardamom powder and a little dry fruits and mix.
Add dry fruits to the prepared delicious pudding and serve.
