Tomato is one of the most consumped vegetable in India. The chutney of Tomoto is also liked by the people and infact it is one of the favruite dish of many people.Today we bring you a very tasty tomato chutney recipe. Let's know the recipe for making a delicious tomato vegetable.
Powdered coconut - 25 grams, groundnut - 40 grams, oil - 3 tbsps, mustard seeds - 1/2 teaspoons, asafotoda - 1/4 tsp, green chillies - 1 tbsps, curry leaves - 6, turmeric - 1/4 tsp , Tomato - 500gm, Jar - 1 1/2 Tbsps, Salt - 1 Tsp, Coriander.
1- To make a tomato chutney, add 25 grams of grated coconut in a pan and fry until it turns brown. Now put it on one side.
2- Now add 40 grams of peanuts in a pan and fry until it turns brown. Now grind peanuts and mix them in a mixer.
3- Now add 3 spoons of oil to the pan and heat it. Now add half teaspoon mustard seeds, half teaspoon asafotoda, 1 tablespoon green chilli, 6 hard leaves and half teaspoon turmeric, and let it cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
4- Now add 500 grams tomatoes and cook till they become soft. Now add 1 spoon of salt, 11/2 spoonful of good and ground peanut and cook for 7 minutes.
5- Your tomato vegetable is ready. Serve it hot by decorating it with green coriander.
