In different phases of life, we have to face multiple ups and downs. There is end number of circumstances that came to break us but everything depends on our determination and belief.


Born and raised in Delhi, a bodyweight fitness coach Hemant Kumar. He has completed his studies and did MBA in Finance. His father and mother both work hard and because of which Hemant had seen a lot of struggles.


Hemant hobbies are dancing, giving Bodyweight training, playing guitar and drums. His favorite stars are Hritik Roshan, Vidyut Jamwal & Tiger Shroff. He also loves to play volleyball and football.

At his early age, his body was always a kind of shame for him because of his physical illness which also became a reason for his mental illness and he has to face anxiety, depression, loss his confidence. But he kept faith in himself and his passion, due to which he was able to succeed today.
Discipline brings stability and structure into a person’s life. It teaches a person to be responsible and respectful. A self-discipline is a form of freedom. Freedom from laziness and lethargy, freedom from the expectations and demands of others, freedom from weakness and fear — and doubt. Self-discipline allows a pitcher to feel his individuality, his inner strength, his talent. He is master of, rather than a slave to, his thoughts and emotions.

Hemant's strengths are that he is hard-working, he is a fast learner, he is disciplined, he is dedicated towards his passion, he is focused, he is positive and receptive.

Overcoming your weakness is not a small task and sometimes it takes many years. Beyond all of this Hemant Kumar believes in never giving up. Whether the reason will be of anything it will be a reason only. Reasons are excuses that Hemant never wants to take.

Hemant started his career of being a Bodyweight Fitness Coach with full determination and started following his passion.

He said "Look at me! Look me in the eyes! You  will realize that I am not backing down ever." His words show his determination. He believes that you can make your dream happen. And it is only you who can change yourself.No one is you and that is your power. Making yourself the best is a challenge that every one of us should take. So go ahead, make it happen.
