Material:
1 cup rava or semolina, 1 teaspoon salt, three quarters of a cup of curd, half cup of water, half a teaspoon fruit salt 1 small tomato, 1 small onion, 1 capsicum, 2 chopped green chilies, 1 tablespoon green coriander, one and a half tablespoon oil
Method:
Take semolina, salt and yogurt in a bowl, now add a little water and mix all the ingredients together.
Keep this mixture aside for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, semolina will absorb enough water, semolina should be very light. Now you spoon it in, if needed, then mix a little water.
Cut off the green chili strain and wash it thoroughly and cut it short. Peel the onion and peel it, then cut it finely.
Cut tomatoes into small pieces as well. Cut capsicum in two parts from the middle and remove its stalks and seeds.
Now take a small cut by washing capsicum. Add chopped green chillies, green coriander, tomatoes, onions and capsicum in the semolina slurry and mix well. Put eggs in a mixture of semolina and put a small spoon of water on it, then stir the solution thoroughly for one minute in one direction.
Now heat a tawa on medium flame and when the frying becomes hot, wipe it with wet cloth or kitchen paper. Now take the semolina in a spoonful of bowl and spread around 4 inches. Keep in mind that uttapam is thicker than dosa.
Put a little oil on both sides and squeeze it well. It takes 2-3 minutes. Delicious and nutritious uttapam is ready. To serve with sambhar and coconut sauce.
