Big Shock to Malayalam Industry, a young filmmaker died few days before the release of his debut film. Joseph Manu James passed away at the age of 31. The young filmmaker was reportedly undergoing treatment for hepatitis. He breathed his last at Aluva Hospital in Ernakulam district of Kerala on February 25. His funeral took place in Ernakulam at 3 pm on February 26, Sunday.

As per the information, The doctor was admitted after being diagnosed with pneumonia and died of hepatitis. His debut directorial film will feature Nani Rani, is slated for a release soon. After his death, Nancy Rani stars actresses Ahana Krishna and Arjun Ashokan paid tribute to the young director.

 Actress Ahana Krishna wrote, “Rest in Peace Manu, this shouldn’t have happened." Ahana plays the title role in Manu’s movie. Actor Aju Varghese, who is also a part of the film, shared a photo of the director and paid tributes. He wrote, “Gone too soon brother Prayers ". The film is scheduled for release in a matter of few days.

On the career front, Joseph Manu James in 2004, Manu made his film debut as a child actor in Sabu James’s I Am Curious. Over the years he has also worked as a director in Malayalam, Kannada, and other film industries. His last rites were performed on Sunday, February 26, at a church in Kuravilangad, Kottayam. Actors, including Sreenivasan, Lal, Lena, and Indrans, were among the celebrities who paid tribute to Manu James. The news left people Heart Broken.
