NEW DELHI: Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge lambasted the BJP and Prime Minister Narendra Modi on November 18, alleging that they had plagiarized Congress' original commitments and incorporated them into their election agenda to woo voters.

"BJP lacks both the will and the policies. The Congress has presented robust programs for public welfare through guarantees in Rajasthan and various other states," Kharge stated on X.

"After considerable effort, Modi ji and the BJP deemed it fit to replicate our original commitments... Their hasty attempt to present this agenda before the elections has proven unsuccessful," he conveyed in a Hindi post.

"Rajasthan's people recognize that Congress has diligently worked and will deliver on our seven guarantees on the ground," Kharge emphasized, using the hashtag #Congress_again.

Kharge is scheduled to speak at election rallies in Vair Assembly of Bharatpur district and Tijara in Rajasthan on Saturday, ahead of the impending November 25 Assembly polls.
