This means that people living as refugees will be given ownership of the land. According to the news published on Jagran.com, Mamta Banerjee said that since 1971, they are hanging in the balance and neither they have land nor house to live. I believe it is an officer of refugees. On this, the BJP has said that Mamata is trying to save illegal migrants.
