Even in the Covid period, the colour of politics is not missing out. The shadow of rhetoric and allegations has been constantly visible on PM Narendra Modi's meetings to fight Covid. Earlier, Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal had made his speech live in which politics was seen.  After which Jharkhand CM Hemant Soren has attacked it terming it as Mann Ki Baat. Mamata Banerjee has now started a political arena within the meeting itself. In a meeting of CM and district magistrates with the Prime Minister, Mamata has barred the district collector of 24 Parganas district of her state from speaking. Terming Mamata's conduct as shameful, condemnable and indecent, the BJP has launched a scathing attack.

Chief Ministers did not have time to speak, everyone except Mamata followed it: Janha It is learnt that the PM had held a meeting with district collectors of 46 districts of 10 states on Tuesday and in the same episode it was also meeting 54 district collectors of 10 other states on Thursday. The original format of the meeting was not to include the Cm of the States, but he was included after the request of the Chief Ministers. The CM had said that better work being done to prevent covid infection in a district would benefit other districts and that was the basic purpose of the meeting. There was no time for the Chief Ministers to speak directly with the district magistrates.

All the CMs had followed it on Tuesday and no CM except Mamata tried to speak on Thursday as well. But mamata banerjee, who came to attend the meeting on Covid after a long time, has made the meeting an arena of political battle instead of a common fight against corona. Mamata is known to be the biggest face of the opposition since her victory in Bengal. A faction within the Congress itself is giving it an edge. Mamata's fever is also being linked to her.
