The increasing number of crime cases these days has become a surprise to all. The case that has come to light recently is being described as of Bokaro. Rahul Dev, an employee of Damodar Valley Corporation (DVC), posted at Bokaro Thermal Power in Jharkhand, has been arrested by the police for allegedly attempting to murder a minor girl. Kashyap has been arrested and sent to Tenughat jail by the Bokaro Thermal Police in the case.

Talking to the police in Bokaro, Superintendent of Police P Murugan said that "the accused Kashyap was alone in the house and called the minor girl to his house at night. When the girl came, he raped her and when the girl shouted, Rahul cut the nerve of her hand with the blade from three places and tried to kill her," he said.

Talking further in the case, the official said that when the victim screamed, people from the neighborhood came and the girl was admitted to Bokaro Sadar Hospital in a blood-soaked condition where she is undergoing treatment. This case cannot be termed as the first such case as there have been a number of cases that are shocking. According to reports, the accused's wife has gone to her mothers' house and the victim has already worked in his house.
