Kanpur: The dead bodies of a loving couple were found hanging in a flat in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh. The deceased girl had bangles in her hands, vermilion, and bindi on her forehead, and lipstick on her lips. It is being said that the girl was not married and she was to be married on February 26. Whereas, the deceased person was married and has a one-and-a-half-year-old child. Police handed over the dead bodies of both to the family members after postmortem. Thereafter, both were cremated.
Police say that the two had a love affair for many years. Both wanted to get married, but the marriage could not happen. Perhaps because of this, they committed suicide. But, before dying, the young man must have fulfilled the demand of the girl and then committed suicide. Actually, the incident took place on Saturday in the Panki police station area of ​​the city. A love affair was going on for years between the young man living in the area and the girl living there. Both wanted to get married, but the families were not ready for their marriage. About 3 years ago, the family members of the young man got him married somewhere else thinking that after marriage the young man would get busy with his household and forget his girlfriend. After marriage, the lover also became the father of a child. Even after this, he remained in touch with his girlfriend.
The same wife did not like her husband being in contact with his girlfriend. A fight started between the two regarding this matter. About a year and a half ago, the wife had gone to her maternal home with the child after getting annoyed with the husband. After the wife went to her maternal home, the meeting of lovers started increasing. Fed up with the restrictions of the family members, the young man left the house and had taken a flat on rent in the Panki area itself. His girlfriend started coming and going to this flat. The marriage of the girlfriend was fixed. She was to be married on 26 February. The lover also knew this thing. Wedding preparations were going on in the girl's house, but she was not ready to forget her lover. Therefore, on February 16, the girl reached her lover's flat saying that she was going to her maternal uncle's house. On February 16, the lover received calls from family members throughout the day. But did not receive the call. When the family members came to the flat and knocked on the door, the door did not even open. They informed the Panki police station about this. When the police reached the spot, they saw that the door was locked from the inside. After working hard for a long time, the police broke it and entered inside. When I looked inside, the dead bodies of the lover and girlfriend were hanging in the room. Both had died. The police took their dead bodies down from the noose and sent them to the mortuary for postmortem.
The same girlfriend was to get married and her marriage procession was to come on the 26th. But, when the police saw her dead body, she was full, with bangles in her hands, bindi on her forehead, and lipstick on her lips.
