Twitter India head Manish Maheshwari will now handle operations in the US for the microblogging portal. Maheshwari continued as Managing Director of Twitter India for nearly two years. He joined Twitter India in 2019. Manish Maheshwari left Network on 18 April 2019 and joined Twitter India. He will now work for the company in the US. He will be the senior director in Revenue Strategy and Operations.

Twitter JPAC Vice President Yu san took to Twitter to welcome Maheshwari to a new character. He wrote in a tweet that thank you for leadership in Twitter India for more than two years. Yu San has also wished Maheshwari for the new character he has received in the US. Maheshwari will now take over as Head of Revenue Strategy in the United States and new market operations around the world.

It may be recalled that Maheswari has also been in controversy for some time now. It was reported that he has written on Twitter as managing director of Twitter India, but actually says that he reports to Twitter US. Earlier, managing director India was written on his Twitter handle, but now he has now changed his Twitter bio. He wrote Business at Twitter India on Twitter.
