New Delhi: The batting of Team India batsman Manish Pandey is wreaking havoc these days. After scoring runs in the Vijay Hazare Trophy, now Karnataka captain Manish Pandey has also ignited his bat in the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy. Manish Pandey hit 129 runs in just 54 balls in the match played against Services on Tuesday.

Manish Pandey remained unbeaten till the end and he took Karnataka's score to a mammoth target of 250 runs in 20 overs. Apart from Pandey, opener Devadat Padikal also scored 75 runs in 43 balls. Manish Pandey's quick innings can be gauged from the fact that this batsman scored 108 runs with help of boundaries out of 128 with sixes.

Pandey hit 12 fours and 10 sixes in his innings. That is, he hit 108 runs in just 22 balls. If Manish Pandey's innings is called one of the most spectacular innings of T20, it will not be wrong. Pandey made a record of being the second highest Indian batsman to have played the second highest T20 innings as he scored 129 runs. In this case, Shreyas Iyer is at number 1 with 147 runs.
