New Delhi: There is a fierce ruckus about the liquor scam of the Kejriwal government of Delhi. Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia appeared at the CBI office for questioning on Monday after the summons was issued by the CBI. There was an atmosphere of chaos throughout the day. While the CBI was questioning Manish Sisodia at the headquarters, Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leaders and workers were protesting and shouting slogans outside the CBI office. Politics has also started on this matter. While CM Arvind Kejriwal targeted the BJP while holding a public meeting in Gujarat, the BJP also fired fiercely verbal arrows about the AAP's liquor scam.

On Monday, the CBI questioned Sisodia for 9 hours. After returning from the CBI office, Manish Sisodia said that there is no issue of scam. The whole case is fake. During the 9-hour interrogation today, I understood how the entire conspiracy has been hatched. Sisodia said that the case filed by the CBI against me was actually done in Delhi to make Operation Lotus successful. He said the BJP was using an agency like the CBI to create pressure in an unconstitutional manner. Manish Sisodia said that I was pressured to leave AAP. I was told to leave AAP, why are you in AAP? Also, I was told which are the true cases against Satyendra Jain. When he can stay in jail for 6 months, you can also stay in jail.

At the same time, the CBI has denied Manish Sisodia's allegations. In which Sisodia said that during the interrogation, he was pressured to leave AAP. "We deny these allegations," the CBI said. Sisodia has been questioned professionally and legally. The strict interrogation has taken place only on the basis of the allegations in the FIR and the evidence collected during the investigation. Sisodia's statement will be verified and further action will be taken as per law.

According to sources, during the interrogation, the CBI presented several shreds of evidence before Sisodia. However, CBI officials are not satisfied with Sisodia's answers to most of the questions. The CBI questioned Sisodia about his relationship with Vijay Nair. During this time, the Deputy CM was also asked whether Vijay Nair was involved in the drafting of the excise policy along with his three other colleagues. The CBI also questioned Sisodia about the loss to the state exchequer due to the liquor policy. Not only this, but CBI officials also asked Sisodia questions regarding the alleged involvement of liquor company owners in the formulation of the liquor policy. But, they did not get satisfactory answers from Sisodia and as soon as he came out of the CBI office, Manish Sisodia made political allegations against the CBI.

Kejriwal calls Sisodia Bhagat Singh:

At the same time, Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal has compared Manish Sisodia to Shaheed-e-Azam Bhagat Singh by tweeting. He tweeted that the bars of the jail and the noose of hanging could not deter Bhagat Singh's lofty intentions. This is the second fight for freedom. Kejriwal said that Manish Sisodia and Satyendar Jain are today's Bhagat Singh. After 75 years, the country got an education minister who gave good education to the poor and gave hope for a bright future. The prayers of crores of poor are with Manish Sisodia. Let us tell you that earlier, Kejriwal had also asked for Padma Vibhushan for his Health Minister Satyendar Jain. Jain, who is in jail for the last 4 months in a money laundering case, is not even getting bail. To avoid ED questions, Satyendra Jain has also said that I have lost my memory and I do not remember anything. Now it is to be seen that, Manish Sisodia, who is surrounded in the investigation of the liquor scam, proves the allegations against him with facts or adopts the strategy of counter-accusation by taking political retaliation on CBI and BJP. That is, instead of answering the allegations against himself and proving himself innocent, instead blaming the opposite, as Sisodia seems to be doing at this time.
