Prime Minister Narendra Modi has started his address on the 'Mann Ki Baat' programme on All India Radio at 11 am today. Like every month, for this time's programme, Prime Minister Modi had sought his suggestions and complaints from the general public. Prime Minister Modi said That India is taking big steps towards economic progress. There was a time when the export figure from India used to be 100 billion, sometimes 150 billion, sometimes 200 billion. Pm Narendra Modi said that last week we achieved a success that filled all of us with pride. India has achieved the export target of $400 billion and Rs 30 lakh crore last week. "You must have heard that India has achieved an export target of $400 billion i.e. Rs 30 lakh crore last week. For the first time, it seems that it is related to the economy, but it is more than the economy, it is related to India's strength, India's capacity.

The Prime Minister said that the country takes great steps when there are resolutions bigger than dreams. When there is an honest effort for resolutions day and night, those resolutions are also proven and you see, the same is the case in a person's life. PM Modi said that the first consignment of millets of coarse grains originated in Himachal, Uttarakhand was exported to Denmark. Krishna in Andhra Pradesh and Banganapalli and Subarnarekha mangoes in Chittoor districts were exported to South Korea. The Prime Minister said that new products from every nook and corner of the country are now going abroad. Be it the leather products of Hailakandi in Assam or the handlooms of Osmanabad, the fruits and vegetables of Bijapur or the black rice of Chandauli, the exports are all increasing.
