Mumbai: Manoj Bajpai the National Award winning actor, who has interpreted the character of the gay professor Shrinivas Ramchandra Siras in his upcoming movie ‘Aligarh’.

Manoj said,” He doesn’t read scripts if it is in English, if the filmmakers want me to read a script, so it must be in Hindi.”

At literature festival-Lit-O-Fest, Manoj said,” I am very rigid towards my decision, as I started feeling that I am on that position where I can put my demand, I decided not to read any filmmaker’s script if it is not typed in Hindi”

I am in love with Hindi language. It is my strength. The ‘Satya’ made me a successful actor, said Bajpai

In additional, he aforesaid people are usually dopey to find a Hindi typist. But, I drumstick to point that if they want me to read the script, it should be in Hindi. Once they gave defense of other actors, I told him that it is not my case t if they don’t know Hindi much. Hindi language is my strength.

Mr. Bajpai said that he trusts in supportive literary work in Hindi and feels literary festivals should be organized frequently.
