Tamil Nadu : In the current context, the opening of schools, colleges and theaters is highly anticipated. According to the school education department, the decision regarding the opening of the schools will be taken in due course in consultation with the doctors and the principal MK Stalin. So the lessons are being conducted through the education channel, online. Teachers attend school on a daily basis for office work and online classes. Teachers' attendance measures have been taken in rotation as a corona prevention measure. Reports suggest that 100 per cent teachers will be arranged to come to school soon depending on the environment.  In this context, the question of when the schools will be reopened has been paramount whenever the Minister of School Education, Anil Mahesh Poyamozhi, met the media.

In that regard, Minister Anbil Mahesh visited the Red Water Lake in Kallaperambur, Tanjore District yesterday. He later told reporters that Chief Minister MK Stalin would decide on the opening of schools for students in grades 9 to 12. On the question of filling vacancies, a general change consultation will be held in schools and work will be scheduled.

He replied that a decision on filling the vacancies would be taken after that. Following this, government schools will be upgraded to private schools in the next two years. There will also be a recommendation level to join government schools. Minister Anbil Mahesh Poyamozhi said that efforts will be made to teach martial arts including Silambam in government schools. Such an announcement has caused great joy among parents and students.
