Eating parathas in cold weather is one of its own fun. When it comes to paratha, it is made of all kinds of things like peas, cabbage, radish, cabbage, potato and many more. Well, today we are going to tell you how you can make pea parathas. You make spicy parathas of green peas in the cold which will be liked by all. On the other hand, you can eat spicy pea paratha with curd, green coriander chutney, green chilli pickle, potato tomato vegetable or sauce.

1 cup green peas
Three cups wheat flour
An onion (finely chopped)
Two green chillies (finely chopped)
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 tbsp coriander (finely chopped)
1 tbsp ghee
salt to taste
Oil to fry

To make a filling: First, soak the peas in water overnight in a pot. Then, the next morning, add water to a pressure cooker in medium heat and boil the peas in a whistle and turn off the heat. Now add oil to a pan in medium heat and keep it for heating. Then add onion and green chillies and fry as soon as the oil heats up. Then add salt, garam masala and red chilli powder as soon as the onion is lightly roasted. Now mash the peas well while running them hard. Then add coriander leaves from the top and mix and turn off the heat.

To make paratha: Add ghee and salt to the flour in a paratha and knead the dough with hot water. Then break the small dough and roll them into a circle. Now place the filling in the middle of the bread. Now make another roti and place it on top of the filling and close the bread from all sides. Then place a frying pan in medium heat to heat. Now add bread and bake on both sides as soon as the pan heats up. Then add a little oil and bake paratha on both sides and turn off the heat. Take the spicy paratha of green peas ready.
