Lucknow: Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) national president Mayawati held a review meeting today (September 05) in Uttar Pradesh capital Lucknow. In the meeting, along with the discussion on strengthening the base, there was a discussion on the assembly by-election. Mayawati appealed to supporters to win the BSP candidate in the by-election. Party officials were present in this meeting.
In the meeting, BSP supremo Mayawati has taken a big decision and said that as the national level, three chief coordinators will be appointed at the state level. Not only this, but the system of main zone in charge of three Mandals in the party has also been abolished.
Now there will be a system of coordinators on each division. The party has also abolished the post of Mandal President of Bahujan Volunteer Force. According to the information, three general coordinators at the state level include National Secretary General RS Kushwaha, State President Munkad Ali and MLC Bhimrao Ambedkar.
In this meeting, Mayawati has said that the BJP government has been attacked fiercely. Mayawati has said that the plight of the country's economy is in big discussions. She raised the question that this is not a side effect of demonetization and GST. Mayawati said that the government should first focus on the poverty and unemployment spread in the country. In this meeting, Mayawati said that because of the wrong policies and failures of the Congress, this is the condition of the country today and now the BJP is also making the same mistake.
