New Delhi: Fugitive diamond trader Mehul Choksi on Wednesday approached the Delhi High Court against Netflix's upcoming Web Series 'Bad Boy Billionaires'. Choksi's advocate Vijay Aggarwal said that he does not want the documentary to be banned but he wants to see a preview of the documentary.

Senior advocate Neeraj Kishan Kaul, appearing for Netflix, said that the documentary has been filmed for about 2 minutes in relation to the prime accused in the PNB scam, Nirav Modi, which also includes Mehul Choksi. The entire case has been adjourned till Friday. The poster released by Netflix depicts Choksi's nephew and absconding diamond businessman Nirav Modi, Subrata Roy (Sahara Group), bankrupt Kingfisher Airlines owner Vijay Mallya, Ramalinga Raju (former chairman and CEO of Satyam Computer Services). Regarding the series, Netflix said, "This investigative documentary series is made about greed, fraud and corruption."

Let us tell you that Choksi, Nirav Modi and his wife Ami Modi have left India. The Enforcement Directorate (ED) along with Mehul Choksi and others have registered a case against Ami Modi and her husband Nirav Modi under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA) for conspiracy and money laundering. Along with this, Interpol Global Red Corner notice has issued a notice against Nirav's wife Ami Modi on Tuesday.
