Vehicle manufacturer MG Motor's first car Hector in India has received a good response. After the Hector SUV, please tell that the company is now preparing to bring its second car in the Indian market. It will be an electric SUV. The company has shared the teaser picture of this electric SUV named MG ZS EV with everyone on its social media page.
In its statement, MG Motor has said that its electric vehicles will be equipped with over-the-air (OTA) technology. Lithium-ion batteries will be given in these, which will go more than 300 kilometers once full charged. Apart from the picture of the electric SUV ZS, the company has not received any information about its specifications yet.
This electric SUV has already been introduced in the UK market by MG Motor. Its price is between Rs 18.50 lakh to Rs 20.10 lakh. In the Indian market, it will compete with Hyundai's recently launched Kona Electric. The company had already informed that it is preparing to launch its electric car in India in December. The electric SUV available in the UK market generates 141 bhp power and 353 Nm peak torque. It has a 44.5kWh lithium-ion battery pack. On charging with a 50 kW fast charger, this electric car charges 80% in 43 minutes. It takes 6 and a half hours to charge with a 7 kW domestic wall box charger. The company claims that once fully charged, the ZS electric SUV can travel 262 km.
