New Delhi: In a groundbreaking move, Microsoft has emerged victorious in its bid to acquire gaming giant Activision Blizzard. On July 11, 2023, a federal appeals court ruled in favor of the $69 billion deal, overcoming significant antitrust scrutiny that Microsoft had been facing from regulators worldwide.
