The protest of the farmers regarding the agricultural bill is increasing. In states like Punjab and Haryana too, farmers are continuously agitating against the Agriculture Bills. At the same time, Bollywood artists are also seen giving their support to the farmers continuously. Recently, Mika Singh has tweeted about farmers, which has caught everyone's attention. In his tweet, Mika Singh has also taunted the media. Mika Singh said in his tweet that "I am stunned to see how eager the media and others are to know about Deepika Padukone, Rhea Chakraborty and Kangana Ranaut".

This tweet by Mika Singh regarding farmers is becoming increasingly viral, as well as fierce reactions are coming from people. In his tweet, he wrote, "Good morning .. I’m surprised that the media and everybody is so keen to know about @deepikapadukone @kanganaranaut @rhea_chakraborty ... But what about the plight of the farmers who are dying from lack of food. Doesn't that deserve media coverage too???" According to media reports, celebrities like Prakash Raj and Urmila Matondkar also supported the farmers.

It is also being said that farmers from across the country have called for a shutdown in India today against the Farmers Bills. In Punjab and Haryana too, farmers have been agitating against the agriculture bills for the past several days. Various farmers' organizations including the Indian Farmers Union are involved in this. Farmers' organizations are being supported by many political parties including Congress, RJD, Samajwadi Party, Akali Dal, AAP, TMC. The farmers of Punjab running a 3-day rail roko movement since yesterday (Thursday, 24 September). The farmers staged a sit-in at the railway track and are appealing for the withdrawal of the bill.
