Educated people create the wrong environment in society. On Tuesday, January 28, 2020, he was addressing his children at Seth Ram Ghulam Inter College in Mahmudabad in Sitapur district. The Minister of State told the children that 'the leader does not need to be educated. I am a minister, I have a private secretary, a staff, a department, and a departmental head. I don't want to run jail, jail is to be run by jail superintendent. The jailer sits, they have to move. I want to see in prison that food should be good. The jail should be well managed.'

The Minister of State further said, "The leader must be a visionary. The leader's knowledge has no meaning with his degree.
