Patna: The case of raping a minor girl by keeping her hostage for 3 days in a deserted house in a village under Dhoraiya police station area of ​​Bihar's Banka district has come to light. As soon as the victim was freed from bondage, she reached Dhoraiya police station pleading for justice and filed a case by giving a written application against Pintu Kumar, son of Vibhash Mandal of the village itself. At the same time, after the matter came to the police station, the police started investigating the matter.

According to the report, in the application given in the police station, the victim has given information that on May 17 (Wednesday) evening, she had gone outside the house to defecate. After this, she was returning to her home when on the way, Pintu of the village forcefully caught her and took her to his uncle's vacant house. After taking her there, the accused kept her hostage in a room for 3 days and during this forcibly carried out the rape incident several times. During this, her mother was searching for her in the village, till then, on the evening of May 19, while driving her away from the house, he threatened to kill her if she tells anyone in the house or files a case against him.

On the other hand, on Saturday evening, the victim reached Dhoraiya police station along with her mother and filed a case of rape and appealed to the police for justice. In this regard, Dhoraiya Police Station President Ashok Kumar has told that a case has been registered on the statement of the victim, as well as the medical examination of the girl has been done. Police is raiding to arrest the accused.
