The office of Kalwa Mumbra Assembly Speaker Saif Pathan in Bombay Colony here is said to have been attacked by some persons. The incident took place at 8-9 pm on Thursday. According to Saif Pathan, two people were present in the office at that time. The attackers attacked both of them with sharp weapons. The entire incident was captured on CCTV footage. It can be seen that 10 to 12 people enter the office with swords, and sticks in their hands and vandalise it. Then, some people assault the persons present there. However, some people also try to save.
Saif Pathan said that these unidentified people had come to kill him. But I was not present there, we have already pleaded with the administration that some people are conspiring to kill us, after the incident, Saif Pathan filed a case against an unknown person at Mumbra police station. They told that they ransacked our office and my friend present there was badly beaten up. Two people named Bilal Qazi and Faiz Mansoori were injured in this attack.
