New Delhi: Australia's star all-rounder Mitchell Marsh will not play in the ongoing ODI series against Pakistan. Although he has been ruled out of the series due to injury, he will now join Delhi Capitals (DC) in the Indian Premier League (IPL). Delhi Capitals had included Mitchell Marsh in their squad for Rs 6.5 crore in the mega auction. 

Mitchell Marsh was ruled out of the ODI series against Pakistan due to injury. Now he will join the DC and get his hip injury recovered in India itself. Let us know that Delhi Capitals (DC) had bought a total of seven foreign players in this mega auction. But most of them were also not able to join the Delhi Capitals due to their participation in the series being played for their respective countries. 

Cricket Australia has issued a statement saying that Mitchell Marsh is being released from the series against Pakistan. He will travel to India and join his team Delhi Capitals in the IPL. During this time, Mitchell Marsh will focus on his recovery while in the isolation period,  let us know that the Australian team has beaten Pakistan 1-0 in the Test series at home. Mitchell Marsh has said that he is saddened to leave the series in the middle. But he hopes to join the next series soon.
