A case has been registered in the Oshivara police station in Mumbai against his wife Yogeeta Bali and son Mahaakshay alias Mimoh in connection with the rape, cheating and forcible abortion.

According to information received in the case, a complaint written by the victim to the police said, "The victim and actor Mithun Chakraborty's son Mahaakshay alias Mimoh was in a relationship with each other from 2015. Mahaakshay made a physical relationship with the victim in the pretext of getting married. In the complaint, the victim has also said, "In the year 2015, Mahaakshay called the victim home and gave her a drug in a soft drink, and in the meantime, he made physical relation with her without victim's consent and later promise to marry. Mahaakshay alias Mimoh made physical relationship with the victim for 4 years and pressurized her physically and mentally. '

Not only that, the victim has also said that when she was pregnant because of this relationship, Mahaakshay pressurized her to get an abortion and when she did not, he also gave him some pills. The victim told the police that she did not know that she could have an abortion with the pills being given to her. The victim has also said, "The mother of Mahaakshay had threatened the victim after the victim's complaint and also pressurized her to delay the case." The case has now been filed in the Oshivara police station in Mumbai last Thursday and the investigation is being asked.
