SIKIR: Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated a series of developmental projects in Rajasthan's Sikar district, a region poised for elections. With a keen focus on farmers' welfare, the central government has made impactful decisions for the last nine years, establishing comprehensive support systems from seed to market.

Addressing the ceremony in Sikar, PM Modi celebrated the allocation of Rs.18,000 crores to the country's farmers through the PM Kisan Samriddhi initiative. Impressively, the country now boasts 1,25,000 PM Kisan Samriddhi Kendras (PMKSKs) centers.

These PMKSY centers, operating at block and village levels, are set to significantly benefit farmers. Moreover, the implementation of the Open Network for Digital Commerce (ONDC) will further empower the agricultural community. Additionally, the introduction of New Urea gold promises to enhance agricultural productivity.

Rajasthan has also witnessed the establishment of new medical colleges and Eklavya model schools, showcasing the government's commitment to comprehensive development.

In light of recent concerns over urea prices, PM Modi reassured farmers that the BJP-led central government would take measures to ensure their well-being.

"The toil and dedication of our farmers are akin to extracting gold from the soil. Our government stands resolute in supporting the farming community across the country," said PM Modi.

He emphasized that the current government is unique in its empathy towards farmers, demonstrating a deep understanding of their needs and struggles, leading to continuous pro-farmer decisions over the past nine years.

Fostering modern infrastructure development in Rajasthan remains a top priority for the central government, as stated by PM Modi.

The absence of Rajasthan CM Ashok Gehlot from the event due to health issues was acknowledged by PM Modi, who expressed his sincere prayers for Gehlot's swift recovery.

However, prior to the event, Gehlot had accused the PM's office of excluding his pre-scheduled 3-minute speech from the program. PM Modi responded, clarifying that Gehlot was duly invited and that his speech was included in the schedule, but Gehlot's office conveyed his inability to attend.

As a matter of protocol, Gehlot's presence has always been welcomed during PM Modi's previous visits, and the PMO expressed appreciation for his past participation.
