Hot and Cold Water Therapy

These methods are extremely beneficial for foot pain. Hot water treatment helps to promote blood flow and reduce cold treatment inflammation. Take two buckets of water, add cold water in one and hot water to bear in the other. Pour your feet into a bucket of warm water for three minutes and after three minutes insert your feet into a bucket of cold water for 10 seconds. It can be adopted two to three times.

An effective treatment of pain in the legs caused by vinegar, bloating, sprain or cramps. Add two tablespoons of vinegar and a teaspoon of salt or rock salt in a bucket of warm water. Then let your feet sink for about 20 minutes.

Rock salt is another effective home remedy, which helps in providing immediate relief from pain in the legs. Add 2-3 tablespoons of rock salt to a tub of warm water, add your feet for 10 to 15 minutes. Then put a moisturizer on your feet to protect them from dryness.
