New Delhi: The lower house has been adjourned till 2 pm amid uproar in the Lok Sabha over a number of issues such as the Pegasus espionage scandal, price rise, corona epidemic, farmers' movement. The Lok Sabha Speaker tried to run the Question Hour, but there was no let up in the uproar of opposition MPs, while the Upper House was adjourned for 1 hour following the death of Rajya Sabha Congress MP Rajiv Satava.

Earlier, PM Modi introduced new ministers who joined the cabinet in the Lok Sabha. In the meantime, the opposition created a ruckus. Amidst the uproar, PM Modi said it was hoped that there would be an atmosphere of enthusiasm in the House today as a large number of women have become ministers. I would have been happy that dalit brothers, primitive ministers, OBC are from the society, they would have been welcomed, introduced, but perhaps some people do not like the fact that dalit ministers, women, OBC, sons of farmers become ministers of the country, so the newly appointed ministers in the Cabinet were introduced in the Lok Sabha, to be understood.

PM Modi in his address said that the corona epidemic has engulfed the entire world. So we want parliament to have a meaningful discussion on this epidemic as well. All practical suggestions should be received from all MPs to renew the fight against the epidemic and also to rectify the shortcomings.
