New Delhi: Former Deputy Chairman of Planning Commission Montek Singh Ahluwalia has said that in 2013, former National President of Congress Rahul Gandhi did not use the right words while tearing the ordinance. Ahluwalia has said that even then the then PM Manmohan Singh did the right thing by not resigning.

Montek further said, "I think Rahul Gandhi himself has said that maybe the words he used were not very right. I think Rahul has completely rubbished things somewhere."
