Ingredients for making Moong Dal Nuggets-

3/4 cup washed yellow moong dal
2 bread slices piece
1 onion finely chopped
1 tsp coriander finely chopped
8-10 curry leaves
1 tsp amchur powder
1 tsp chili flakes
1 tsp chaat masala
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp fennel
2 tsp corn flour
1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
Salt

Method of making Moong Dal Nuggets- First put moong dal in a bowl and soak it for 2-3 hours. Now after about 3 hours, drain the remaining water and put the lentils in a pan. After this, add water to the pan, add salt and cook the dal on medium heat for 10 minutes. Now after about 10 minutes, filter the dal and let it cool down completely. After this put the lentils in the grinder but keep 3 tbsp dal aside. Now make a thick paste of lentils. After this, take out both the pulses in a bowl and add bread crumbs to it. Now add onion, coriander leaves, curry leaves, mango powder, chili flakes, chaat masala, cumin, fennel and cornflour to it. After this, add ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, salt and knead the dough by mixing it well with your hands. Now add water to it and knead again and grease the hands with oil and make patties of any shape and size. After this, heat the oil on medium heat and put the patties in it and fry them lightly till crispy from both the sides.
