Moong dal - 2 cups
Green chili - 2 finely chopped
Coriander - 50 grams finely chopped

Paneer - 100 grams
Black pepper - freshly ground as per taste
Onion - 1 finely chopped
Turmeric - 2 pinch

Method of making moong cheela- To make this, first wash the moong dal in water thoroughly to make it. Then soak it in water for 4-5 hours. Now grind it in a mixer. Moong dal will become a paste. Grind it well otherwise the taste of whole lentils will spoil the taste of your cheela. After that, add finely chopped coriander, green chili, mushroom, onion, black pepper, salt to it and then beat this paste well. Now heat the pan on the gas and pour a spoonful of oil on the pan and when the oil becomes hot, add moong dal paste with a big spoon and spread it. After that slow down the gas and pour oil from side to side around the cheela. Now when the cheela is cooked from one side, then you turn it over. After this, after turning the cheela, again pour some oil with a spoon on all sides. Keep in mind that it should be cooked well from both the sides as over roasting will make the cheela crispy and crispy.
