New Delhi: The death toll with corona patients in India is also increasing rapidly. So far, a record 7,466 new cases have been reported in the country in 24 hours. This is the first time that more than 7 thousand new cases of corona have been reported in a single day in the country. With these figures, the total number of corona infected in the country has reached 165799. With this, after 175 new deaths, the total number of deaths in the country has increased to 4,706.

It is a matter of concern that with increasing figures, India has become the 9th most corona-affected country in the world. According to the Ministry of Health, there are 89,987 active cases of corona in the country, which is undergoing treatment. It is a matter of relief that so far 71,106 people have also recovered from Corona. The recovery rate of Corona patients in the country is 42.88 percent. Maharashtra is the worst in the country from Corona. The total corona virus cases in the state have reached 56,948.

In the last 24 hours, 2,190 new cases of corona have been reported in the state. The death toll has risen to 1,897. At number two, the situation in Tamil Nadu is getting worse. After 817 new cases in the state, now the total cases of corona infection have increased to 18,545. The death toll in the state has reached 133. Gujarat is at the third place, where after 274 new cases are reported in a day, the total corona cases have increased to 15,195. The death toll has reached 938.
