Hollywoods legendary actor Morgan Freeman has recently been accused of an inappropriate behaviour by several women. Reports say that the victim women are the ones who have worked with him and a journalist from a leading international publication.

According to the reports in Pinkvilla, 8 women said that they were subject to inappropriate behaviour by Morgan Freeman. A woman from the production staff, who was also a senior member of the production team, in the movie Now You See Me (2012) revealed that Morgan sexually harassed her and her female assistant.

In her statement, the senior assistant said that Morgan did comment on their bodies. They all knew that if he was coming by then not to wear any top that would show our breasts, as well as not to wear anything that would show our bottoms, suggesting not wearing clothes that fit our body.

While leading to the controversy, the writer of Madam Secretary told the details about the very party in which they saw the inappropriate behaviour by Morgan Freeman. The statement says, “We saw Morgan go around to the girls in the circle and get really close to their faces, he didn't do it to the men. I don't know what he said but we all thought it was strange and couldn't wait to get the hell out of there. Absolutely there were sexual undertones to it.”

Recently, after all this Morgan Freeman has issued an apology letter in which he said, “Anyone who knows me or has worked with me knows I am not someone who would intentionally offend or knowingly make anyone feel uneasy. I apologize to anyone who felt uncomfortable or disrespected — that was never my intent.”
