Dumka: A shocking case is reported from Dumka of Jharkhand. In this case, a mother of 5 has been gang-raped by 17 people. It is being told that this incident happened last Tuesday. While the woman was coming home from the market with her husband, the miscreants took the woman's husband hostage and then gang-raped her.

The police has taken the statement of the victim and on the basis of that, on Wednesday, FIR has been registered against 17 people including the main accused Ram Mohli and started the investigation. In this case, the victim's husband says,' He was returning home from the market at around eight o'clock with his wife. About 17 boys were drunk on the way. Five of them caught him and two caught his wife. The rest of the boys took the wife to the bushes.

Then they gang raped her at 12 o'clock.  After the incident, everyone even threatened to kill him if he told anyone. In this case, SDPO Vijay Kumar, Mufassil police station in-charge Naval Kishore Singh has started investigating. It is being told that till now one of the accused has been arrested and he is being questioned. DIG Sudarshan Mandal in this case says that the investigation into the case will be over soon and the accused will be arrested and sent to jail.
