Bhopal: Kamal Nath has hit back at CM Shivraj's allegations that there was no development work in the Congress government in the campaign for the civic body elections in Madhya Pradesh. Kamal Nath said that scared of my pro-people actions, he bargained and brought down my government in the middle.

Former CM and state Congress president Kamal Nath said that fearing the 15-month-old government's resolve to change the course of the people, the pro-people schemes, the development works, the state, my government was dropped midway by bargaining and bidding and now they are spreading lies that my government did not do any development work.

He further said "Shivraj Ji, the work of my government for 15 months, even today, is heavy on your 15-year-old government, the people of the state themselves are a witness to it. I challenge you every day to come and take your account of 15 years among the people and I also come with my 15-month account, the people will decide for themselves. If you had done works of public interest in the last 15 years, you would not have to go astray today and even today you would not have to show false dreams that mislead you with false declarations.''
