Indore: The corona case in MP has been steadily increasing. 48 new cases have been reported on Tuesday. For the first time in three months, the highest number of cases have been reported in a day. Indore has reported the highest number of 32 cases. After a long time, the number of active cases in the State has gone up to over 300.
According to the health department, Indore received the highest number of 32 cases on Tuesday. On the other hand, 6 cases have been reported in Bhopal, 2 each in Jabalpur, Ujjain and Jhabua and 1 each in Ratlam, Narsinghpur, Gwalior, Khargone. With this, active cases have increased from 285 to 307. This is the first time since September that active cases have gone up to 300. It is a matter of relief that not a single death has been registered in Madhya Pradesh in the last 24 hours.
The same person who returned from Dubai in Bhopal has been found positive. He is undergoing treatment at home isolation. There are 307 active cases in the State. Out of these, 167 active cases are in Indore and 72 cases are in Bhopal. Out of 307, 239 cases are in these two cities. This means 77% of the total state cases are in these cities. Nine omicron patients were confirmed in Indore two days ago. Since then, the cases of corona in the city have been on the rise.
