Bhopal: A big statement by MP Sadhvi Pragya Thakur has come to the fore regarding the Jama Masjid in Madhya Pradesh's capital Bhopal. She said that Hindus have never built their own religious place by breaking anyone's religious place, mosques have definitely been built by demolishing temples. Where there has been an assault, one should consider such issues as if they have been harmed.
Sadhvi Pragya said that mosques must have been built by demolishing temples and therefore every Hindu should come forward. Sadhvi Pragya also said that if there is some truth in the claim of the saving culture platform, then it should be investigated. On the issue of the Gyanvapi Mosque, MP Sadhvi Pragya Thakur said that the way the truth is coming out, every Hindu should come forward, what the invaders have done is not acceptable. The Sanatis did not break into anyone's religious place and built their own place.
The demand for an archaeological survey in Jama Masjid of Bhopal located in Bhopal Chowk market of the city has been made by the Sanskriti Bachao Manch. The Save Culture Forum has submitted a memorandum to Home Minister Narottam Mishra that the Jama Masjid at Bhopal Chowk market is an old Shiva temple and it can be traced by a survey by the archaeological department, so a survey of the Jama Masjid should be conducted.
